All my life I prayed that God may lead me to the woman He desires to be in my life. I have recently met a woman and my heart strongly speaks to me that this is who God has selected for me. Upon entering a relationship with her, I completely removed God from my relationship.
Our relationship ended, not badly, and I have confessed my trespasses to God. I specifically pray "Lord, if she is the woman that you have selected for my life then may your will be done and bring about restoration, but if she is not the woman you have selected for me then close this door so I may follow in your will alone and not my own wants."

My granddaughter Samiya's father has gotten out of jail for shooting and killing his father and wants to try to take custody of her. I am worried that the county in charge will let him do this, they have already approved his appeal to keep his parental rights-the Children and Youth agency is appealing his appeal. Samiya has been living with her great aunt and uncle and is going to a private Christian school and is learning about God. They go to church and serve God and are very stable and would like to adopt. Samiya is very happy and doing well right now.

My sister lost her husband of 18 years on November 17, 2007. She has three children: Nicole, 22 yrs., Danny, 15 yrs (just turned 15 Dec. 1st), Michelle, 13. My sister Lori and her two younger children, along w/ her husband Mike, were in the desert enjoying the weekend. Mike suffered a freak one-motorcycle accident. As he got to the top of a hill and began to come down (one he'd walked his motorcycle down many, many times prior), my sister heard him say something.....then silence......

My sister came around the hill to see her husband lying motionless on the hill, helmet sitting at the bottom of the hill.......motorcycle came to rest beside Mike....

My sister Lori began to pray......

She needed to get help. She rode her quad back to her camp where her two children were.

God had placed guardian angels all around. There was a group of Christian women and children in the camp RIGHT NEXT to my sister! There was an emergency room nurse who rode up to the scene where my sister was sitting next to her husband.....

These women encircled the children and my sister in their loving embrace, staying with them until 10:00 at night -- the accident happened around 3:00 in the afternoon.

This accident couldn't have been more perfect, if that makes any sense... Had Mike wavered off a few inches to the right, or left, this accident would NOT have happened. The accident happened because of jagged rocks....everywhere else was sand.

We don't always understand God's timing, but we KNOW God's hand was in this....

Our Father called Mike home instantly.

(The grave number, which had been purchased by Mike's parents years and YEARS ago, is 11 17.......date of death...)

My prayer request is for my sister and her kids. Mike was the sole ($$) provider for their entire marriage. My sister is very scared, and not sure what to do next. Please, if I may ask, pray for guidance and strength for my sister and her family. They are all in need of loving embraces and hope for their future...

He has had to take chemo treatments this week. My dad is sick and is in the E.R. and has diabetes. He was fixing a leak in the kitchen sink and the leak got into the cabinets and made mold. Well, in order to get to the leak and fix it I had to empty out the cabinet and let him get down there and fix it. He lied down in the mold and was breathing it in for a while while he was putting a new faucet in. He's had a fever of 103 degrees and over. He's throwing up all his medicine and can not keep anything in. He can't get any sleep and it's been 4 days. I'm 15 and I don't want him to die or nothing. Please prayfor him.......thanks. I testified in church yesterday how my niece, Ilne, 5 who lives in Bloemfontein, got shocked by electricity in a freak accident and how for an hour the doctors (including both her mom and dad) did everything they could to get her heart to start again. They said that after 60 minutes they would stop trying, because then God had taken her. On 59 minutes God started her heart again. Her brainswelling has gone down, her vital organs are all fine, there is blood supply to the brain. This morning the EEG revealed however that clinically she is braindead. We believe that God has told us that it is not her time and Luke 8:50 says do not be afraid, just believe and she shall be healed. So now we wait upon God, we stand on His Word.

Can I ask you to pray for her and for her parents. It's been four days and we are all weary.

I live in this shelter-place that is very cold, about 50 some degrees. I sleep on this old luv-seat that is lumpy and hard, you can feel the boards crunching under your bones while you try to find a comfortable position to rest. It's about 47" to curl up on with my large frame. I have someone who cares about me but she is 1100 miles away - money and other deliverance factors are keeping us apart. We wouldn't have a place to live even if she was able to come out here at present. She wants to marry me - "the two shall be as one" but currently, I have physical limitations. As I am, I would not make a decent husband to her. I ask that you pray for me to "be a full-grown man in the measure, stature, and fullness of Christ" and a real man of God, that God would heal my body so that I can carry out His work for my life. I have been sad alot - too much this year and often have dreamt of going to heaven to escape. I'm sure that isn't good. I've had to go without decent clothes this year, food, water, heat, companionship, etc. Please pray for me.

Our elder son Jerry studying in standard 8th. He is not interested to going
to school and studying, fighting with his mother and younger sister. He can
not concentrate to studying and not willing to hear any advise from parents
and others. In holiday most of the time he spending time with other friends
and their home. Speaking negatively, riding cycle and other activities
carelessly. He is not care about himself. No peace in home.
